At Vernanio, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved and processed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
