Change of Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for information regarding returns and refunds.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your order number and we will assist you in locating your shipment.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and notify us immediately.
If the package was delivered in your absence and you discover damage afterward, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and the damaged item so we can assist you.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
